I chose a career in real estate finance for one reason: to help people fulfill their dreams! Helping you through the complicated buying and refinancing process means a lot to me, and to every transaction I bring passion and the drive to get it right!
Growing up with a Father who is a Ferrier, and having a family lineage in Bourbon, I have been involved with Kentucky culture most my life. I attended Indiana University Southeast and studied International Studies and Economics. Outside of work my interests include Louisville Cardinal athletics, horse racing, and spending time with my wife of 8 years, and two daughters.
As a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, I work for clients in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. As a licensed Realtor®, I specialize in purchases and listings in the East End of Louisville. To ensure I stay up to date on the happenings in the real estate and mortgage market, I believe in continuing education and have served on numerous volunteer boards. I am the past President of the Worthington Place Homeowners Association, past Vice – President of the Woods of St Thomas Homeowners Association, and Past President of the St. Matthews Chamber Property Solutions Group. I am also a member of the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
